Party Time

Today was my birthday party! We got to eat and play at Peter Piper Pizza.
A lot of my friends came and we had such a fun time. Daddy made my
yummy cake and it had two of my favorite things: A rainbow and a pony.
My friends Brooke and Gracie gave me my very first Barbie Doll and a
gymnastics leotard for her! I love her more than my new hula-hoop.

Day at the Lake

|
Check my sister and I out! We love going for rides on the Sea-
Doos. Don't worry Mommy and Daddy won't give us the keys until
we're quite a bit older. It's a lot of fun when Mommy and Daddy take
us out into the lake and let us jump in the water and float out by
the boats in our life jackets. We also played near the shore and in
the sand while Daddy grilled some hotdogs for our lunch. Luke just
hung out in his jungle swing the whole time. Maybe next year he'll
play in the sand and water with us.

Happy 5th Birthday!

|
Can you believe that I'm 5 already!! Mommy and Daddy keep
telling me that I'm growing up too fast. Daddy asked me what
I wanted for breakfast and I told him pancakes. If you can't
figure out what the shape of my special pancake, then you'd
better head back to Kindergarten!! You'll have to check back
in a bit to get a glimpse of my Birthday cake since it won't
be ready until later.....

Bubbles and S'mores

After a hard day's work of dancing and hanging around, it was
time to relax by the fire with some bubbles and some s'mores.
Most of the s'mores made it into our tummies, but if you look
closely you'll see that some stayed on our cheeks!

Hangin' Around

Mommy put me up on the bar and Daddy said I he wouldn't help
me get down until I gave him a pretty smile. After about 5
pictures I finally gave Daddy a smile good enough for him to
help me get down off the bar.

First Day of Dance

|
About a week ago Mommy took me to a new dance place to see if
I would be interested in taking dance lessons. (if you didn't
know, I've been dancing a lot around the house recently) I
fell in love right away and wanted to start that same day.
unfortunately I had to wait, but today was the big day and I
had a blast. I can't wait to go back again next week!!!

Sticker Mania

For some reason I thought it would be a good idea to put some
stickers on my Dad today........in retrospect, that my not of
been the best idea. Unfortunately these stickers were super
sticky and Daddy had to be very careful to take them off so
they didn't hurt. He showed me how taking a sticker off fast
is much better than doing it slow.....just like a band-aid!

Time for a Bottle

As I'm sure you're well aware of by now, I love to help out with
my baby brother Luke! Today was no exception. Daddy was getting
ready to give Luke a bottle when I told him that I wanted to give
him a bottle......and I think I did a great job!!

Snuggle Time

Most of the time Mommy, Gramgo or Daddy get all of Luke's snuggles,
but not right now. Today it was my turn to have snuggles with Luke
and I think he liked it a lot. Before you know it, he'll be way
too big for this so I better get them in now.

Yummy for my Tummy

Since it is almost time for Gramgo to go home, we decided to treat
her to a BIG Texas dinner!! Apparently Gramgo isn't the only one
that got a BIG Texas dinner. Believe it or not, I finished pretty
much everything on my plate!

Welcome Home Daddy

After being gone for awhile on a trip, Daddy finally made it back
home!! We thought it would be great to surprise him with his very
own ice cream cake......that Mommy made from scratch! It's really
good and we don't think it will last for very long.

Jungle Gym

My sisters might get to ride bikes, but I get to hang out in the
jungle! You might think I'm too little, but I'm pretty tough!
Sooner or later I'll be strong enough to crawl around in the
jungle and I can't wait.

Slumber Party

After riding on our for bikes so long we got pretty tired. We took a
quick shower, brushed our teeth and hopped in bed. Shortly there
after it was story time and then we both drifted off to sleep to dream
about bike riding!!

Three Wheelin' it!

I might not be able to ride on two wheels yet, but I'm going to
blame that on the designer of my bike. I'd like to see anyone
try and ride my style of bike with two wheels.......EXACTLY.
Don't worry, my turn to ride with two wheels will be here before
you know it!

Riding horses wasn't the only thing we did while Daddy was busy
flying.....Mommy has been busy trying to have me work on my bike
riding skills and all that hard work finally paid off. Now the

Don't be fooled with my small size. Kirsten wasn't the only one
that got to ride on a horse. Sometimes I have to keep reminding
everyone that I can do everything my big sister can. However, I
still like to ask for some help every once in a while.

Giddy Up

While Daddy was off flying, Mommy decided to take us horseback
riding. We got to walk around the ranch to see the
horses and animals that were there. After we were done looking
around we got to ride one of the horses! I had so much fun
that now I keep asking Mom and Dad for a horse!

Getting Clean

I don't get these very often, but I smell really yummy when I'm
done getting one. I don't seem to mind them right now as long
as I get wrapped up in my towel as soon as I'm done. The warmer
I am the happier I seem to be!

Holding Luke

I'm always asking to hold my baby brother Luke and someone was
quick enough to get some pictures of me while I was holding
him. He was being nice and wasn't squirming around too much
which makes me happy.

We got to stay and play after we were done with our gym class
today. They people at the gym pulled out all kinds of toys and
I think our favorite one was this rocking toy. We were ready
to rock on it all day long!

Although I don't head down to the pool when my sisters do,
Mommy takes me there later so I can watch them swim.
Apparently I have to wait until I'm a little bit older before

While Gramgo's been here visiting she's been very good about
taking us to the pool each morning to go swimming. During our
time at the pool we get to play, but not until after we are
done practicing our swimming skills.

Peach Pie

Mommy decided to surprise everyone with some fresh peaches
today. Not only did she get fresh peaches, but she asked
us to help her make a peach pie. It turned out really
yummy and it's almost gone already!!

Pizza Parlor

Gramgo surprised us with ingredients so we could make our
very own pizza! In case you're wondering, you're probably
not seeing things. we actually like having broccoli on
our pizza. Daddy wanted sausage on his half, so we saved
some room for him too.

Tower Builders

Gramgo and I were working hard on building a nice block
tower when I decided that the tower was getting to tall.
I'm sure you can guess what happened next! Not to worry

Chillin' Luke

Just hangin' out and chillin' in one of my spots. Things
are pretty good when you get to eat, sleep and have everyone
else take care of you. I'll occasionally give a smile here
and there, but they're kinda hard to come by. Daddy is still

Birthday Cookies

We had our cake and ice cream and managed to make it all
better still with cookies we decorated ourselves. As you
can see Kate is concentrating very hard and Kirsten has
managed to fit in all of the colors very nicely. Even better
though is the way they taste.

Yes, that's right. I had a party for my half birthday
since my real birthday is the day after Christmas. It was
a blast. We had a Piņata, decorated cookies, and played in

This morning we went back to the hospital to visit with
our baby brother, and we got to get up and close with him.
Mommy said we have to be good listeners, and so far we've

Luke Anthony!!
|
|
|
|
Proud to announce the arrival of Luke Anthony! He weighed
in at 7lbs 14ozs, and both he and mom are doing well!
