Computer Helper

Today I saw Daddy working on his computer so I figured I'd offer
him some of my expert help! You might think that I don't know
that much about computers, but if you ask me, I'll tell you I
can do everything by myself!

Mommy and I were busy making some cookies while Daddy was trying to
take our picture. I thought it would be fun to give him a funny
face instead of my usual cute smile!

Stunt Double?

I've been learning all kinds of tricks at my new gym so I
decided to see how I could use them with my jeep and swing
set. I'm still trying to figure out some new stunts, but
swinging from the hood of my jeep seems to be the most fun for
now....

Lets Ride Again

Elise was kind enough to make sure that both Kate and I had plenty
of time to learn her funny driving style. What's funny about her
driving style you ask.....well, for starters she drives on the
wrong side of the road. Good thing we were the only ones in the
backyard!

Lets go for a Ride

We haven't been driving our rescue jeep around that much, but it got
plenty of use while Elise and Claire were here. That's a good thing
though because now my sister and I have been driving and riding around
in the jeep a lot more too!

On Our Way

My cousins were in town visiting, so we decided to take them down to
the River Walk and Market Square. Everyone had a blast and my cousin
Claire made sure to take good care of me where ever we went.

Super Present

After going through almost all of my presents, I finally got to this
one. I think Mommy and Daddy saved it for last since they knew how
much I was going to like it. Now I have my very own big girl bike
for our bike rides! Thanks Gramgo and Pop!

Happy 2nd B-day Kate!

|
|
Yesterday was a big day, but for a certain little someone, today
might have been an even BIGGER day! Don't tell anyone, but we actually
celebrated my Birthday a couple days late so my cousins Elise and Claire
could be here for the party. It was well worth the wait and we had
quite the celebration (we even had crab legs and steak for dinner)!!
Heck, I should turn two more often!

Merry Christmas!

Today was the BIG day, and I guess we were good!! (it also appears
that Santa Claus liked our cookies!) We spent most of the morning
opening presents from everyone. We did have to take a short breakfast
break but we started right back up again after we were done eating.
Opening presents can get pretty tiring!!

Preparing for Mr. C

We've been busy watching the Polar Express recently, and now we're
really getting ready for Mr. C's visit. Someone told us he likes
milk and cookies so we wanted him to have the freshest cookies
possible. I think we did a good job and I guess we'll find out
tomorrow morning!!

Train Engineers

If you know Opa, then you know he loves trains! Good thing that his
granddaughters love trains too! He set up this really neat Geo-Trax
layout and we've been playing with it ever since. Occasionally I
walk around the tracks and it's like Godzilla walking through a city.

Taking a rest

Daddy's been working hard pulling weeds in the yard today and we've
been busy playing hard. We decided to take a quick break and Daddy
took full advantage of the opportunity and snapped a picture. He
always seems to be chasing us with that camera.....silly Daddy....

Baby Sitter

Everyone might think that I'm the "baby" in the family, but I don't
think so! Here you can see me taking care of a baby, and I'm much
BIGGER than my baby. I can be a big girl just like my sister!!!

Beach Buddies

We're used to warm winters now, so taking a break in Florida was
nothing new for us. The weather has been nice and warm here so
we decided to take full advantage of the warm weather AND the ocean.
You might notice that we don't have our swim suits on, but that didn't
stop us from playing on the beach and in the water!

Dress Up

Today was my Aunt Jill's wedding and as you can see I got all dressed
up. What you can't see is that my sister also got all dressed up.
Unfortunately Mommy or Daddy didn't get a picture of the two of us
together. They tried, but we were being too grumpy.

Today I spent the afternoon with Gramgo making some brownies. We're
not sure how long they're going to last, but I hope "the guys" don't
eat them all up before I get some. We made a double batch, so they
should last a little while!

Best Buddies

Clover and Daisy are always very nice to me, so I decided to take
a short break to spend some time with Clover. Normally she would
try to take my banana, but she's being good right now. I'm sure
she would like my left-overs though!

Run in the Sand

We finally got to Florida, but it was cloudy and rainy. We didn't
let that stop us though. We got up early and ran out on the beach
before it started to rain too much and we had a blast. Tomorrow
is supposed to be sunny and warm, so I'm sure we'll go back to the
beach tomorrow.

Rough Rider

I may not look like a rough rider, but believe me, I can ride with
the big girls!! I wanted a little extra practice so I asked Mommy
to bring my "ride" into the house so I could practice. Even inside
we remember safety first....those tile floors are pretty hard.

First School Play

I keep growing up so fast, and to prove it, today I was in
my first school play! We learned all about Thanksgiving
and then we put on a show for our parents. If you check back
later Daddy might put up a short video clip from the play
also!

Hockey Night

It had been waaaaay toooooo long since I had a play date with
my friends Brooke and Gracie, so we decided to go to a local
hockey game. It wasn't too crowded so we had a lot of fun
playing musical chairs and trading seats while occasionally
watching what was happening with the game.

Kitchen Helper

Since I'm lucky enough to get waffles and eggs, pancakes and
eggs, or crepes and eggs for breakfast almost every weekend, I
finally decided I was big enough to start helping out. I'm
starting with little things, but scrambling the eggs can be
a big deal for someone my size. Don't worry, before you know
it I'll be the one making everything for breakfast. (well, at least
that's what Daddy hopes.....)

Splits

Katelyn and I were practicing our splits in the kitchen
